Establishing consistent two-way communication with key constituent organizations, the Public Relations team is working to enhance and build relationships CSU has with important communities in northern Colorado and across the state.
Public Relations is at the forefront of exploring and using new ways of communication to reach journalists and key publics within the growing social media realm. As more people turn to the Web to receive news, CSU Public Relations is an active player in online communities and networks.
As part of a broader effort to connect CSU to Denver, a Denver-based office was established to orchestrate public relations efforts to promote Colorado State University in Denver. The office supports alumni, marketing, development, legislative affairs and the Office of the President to direct communications strategies and support efforts in Denver.
