Philanthropic Estate-Planning Seminar Set for May 8

Philanthropists interested in estate planning and charitable gift giving will benefit from a seminar presented at Colorado State University by a nationally recognized speaker on planned giving.

Scott Fithian, founder and president of Legacy Advisory Associates Inc., will discuss how individuals can effectively accomplish their charitable goals at a talk from 9-11 a.m. May 8 in the North Ballroom of the Lory Student Center at Colorado State. "Scott Fithian was rated the No. 1 speaker in the nation by the National Committee on Planned Giving because of his dynamic presentations and straightforward, no-nonsense discussions of philanthropic estate planning." Fithian, a graduate of the University of New Hampshire Whitmore School of Business and Economics, received designations of Chartered Life Underwriter and Chartered Financial Consultant from the American College, Bryn Mawr, Pa.
