Colorado State University’s College of Business will sponsor a presentation on quality and performance excellence from the perspective of an award-winning corporation on April 8.
Guest speaker Marc Crawford, vice president of marketing communications at Merrill Lynch Credit Corp., will discuss "A Baldrige Winner’s Perspective on Quality and Performance Excellence: The Merrill Lynch Credit Corporation Story."
The presentation runs from 7:30-8:30 p.m. at the Centennial Ballroom of the Marriott Hotel, 360 East Horsetooth Road in Fort Collins. The event is free and open to the public. Refreshments will be served.
Merrill Lynch won the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award in 1997 for excellence in quality management for service companies. The Baldrige Award program was established by Congress in 1987 to promote national awareness of quality management, recognize quality achievements of U.S. companies and to share successful performance strategies.
