Colorado State University Honors Award-Winning Employees

Exemplary employees in the Colorado State University community will be recognized at the 1999 Distinguished Service Awards ceremony at 3:15 p.m. today in the North Ballroom of the Lory Student Center.

Winners of the Classified Personnel Council Outstanding Achievement Awards are Bob Chaffee, CSU-PD; James Farmer, University Libraries; James Hebbeln, telecommunications; Marilyn Hein, microbiology; and Debbie Smith, Budgets and Institutional Analysis.

Recipients of the Oliver P. Pennock Distinguished Service Awards are Bruce Ronda, English; Howard Schwartz, bioagricultural sciences and pest management; Grant Sherwood, Housing and Food Services; Brian Snow, General Counsel; and Ronny Turner, sociology.

Recipients of the Distinguished Administrative Professional Awards are Don Hesser, Information Systems; Crissie Snow, Office of the President; and Jamie Switzer, College of Business.

A reception will follow the ceremony in the University Club and Cherokee Park Room. The events are free and open to the university community.
