President Albert Yates Presents Annual State of the University Luncheon Jan. 24

Colorado State University President Albert Yates will deliver the 29th annual State of the University Address to area service clubs and Fort Collins community members during a noon luncheon on Jan. 24.

The event will be held in the Canyon West Room of the Fort Collins Lincoln Center, 417 W. Magnolia St. Each year, the gathering is an opportunity for the president to speak on the current state of the university along with goals for the future. This year, Yates will focus his comments on the University Center for the Arts, a performing and visual arts facility that will be housed in the historic former Fort Collins High School.

The luncheon address is open to the public and reservations must be made in advance.

Participants will have the opportunity to win tickets to Colorado State sporting events, theater productions, concerts and special events.

The event is hosted and sponsored by the Fort Collins Rotary Club, with participation from service clubs throughout Fort Collins
