Groundbreaking for Concert Hall at University Center for the Arts Slated for May 2

Members of the Fort Collins community and Colorado State University students, faculty and staff are invited to the May 2 groundbreaking of the new concert hall at the University Center for the Arts complex, 1400 Remington Street.

The groundbreaking for the facility will be held at 2:30 p.m. Construction of the $7 million, 22,000-square-foot concert hall is scheduled for completion in May 2004. The hall will include seating for about 500 and some of the most advanced acoustical features in the region. Construction of the concert hall is made possible by the generosity of many donors.
