Genes and Futuristic Nutrition, Chronic Disease Prevention Topics of Colorado State University Conference June 5-6

Genes and futuristic nutrition, promoting health consciousness in schools and glycemic indexes and their implication for chronic disease prevention will all be topics explored at Colorado State University’s 25th annual Lillian Fountain Smith Conference for Nutrition Educators.

The conference, sponsored by Colorado State’s Department of Food Science and Human Nutrition, will be held June 5-6 at the Fort Collins Marriott Hotel. It is designed to provide participants with the most current, objective and authoritative information available in selected areas of human nutrition.
