Telecom Ceo to Speak at Colorado State’s College of Business as Part of the Great Entrepreneur Speaker Series Feb. 5

Have you ever dreamed of owning your own business and being your own boss? Are you interested in learning the keys to success in the entrepreneurial world? Colorado State University’s College of Business will host Hank Carabelli from PacWest Telecom on Feb. 5 as part of the Entrepreneurship Center’s Great Entrepreneur Speaker Series.

Carabelli will be speaking twice during the day, at 9:30 a.m. and again at 12:30 p.m. in Room 119 Rockwell Hall on campus. The event is free and open to the public.

Attendees will learn first-hand what it takes to get off the ground as an entrepreneur. Carabelli will speak about the steps he took after graduating from Colorado State to get to where he is today and the experience he has gained and challenges he has faced.

"The Great Entrepreneurial Speaker Series is a great way for students and those in the community to gain practical information from successful entrepreneurs," said Samantha Carlson, program manager.

Carabelli joined PacWest as president and chief operating officer in June 2001 and was appointed president and chief executive officer in July 2003. He was formerly the COO of ICG, a Colorado-based competitive local exchange carrier and president of @Link Networks, a broadband service provider. Carabelli has over 25 years of industry experience.
