Colorado State University Bookstore Hosts Talk by Nationally Known Author

The Colorado State University Bookstore will host a presentation and book signing with nationally known local author Susan Skog on

Sept. 9.

The event, free and open to the public, will begin at 7 p.m. at the CSU Bookstore in the Lory Student Center on campus. Skog will present her latest work, "Peace in our Lifetime, Insight from the World’s Peacemakers." Skog spent three years interviewing and gathering stories of peacemaking from more than 50 peacemakers around the world.

Skog, a renowned author and presenter, was trained as a journalist. Her work has appeared in publications including the New York Times, Prevention and Good Housekeeping.

Other books by Skog are "Embracing Our Essence," "Radical Acts of Love," "Depression" and "ABC’s for Living."

Parking for the event is free in the lot north of the Lory Student Center.
