Holistic Health Fair Sponsored by Apartment Life

The Colorado State University and Fort Collins communities are invited to attend the Holistic Health Fair sponsored by Apartment Life from 5-9 p.m. Oct. 14 at the International House lobby, 1400 W. Elizabeth St.

The booths will be sponsored by local businesses and individuals including EsScentuals; Old Town Yoga; Forever Green Wellness; Fossil Creek Chiropractic; Occupational Therapy Honors Society; Nancy Waldrop, R.N. Hypnotherapy, Reiki and Hypnobirthing; Margaret Helenschild, acupuncturist; Cheri Lazar, transcultural nurse; and Colorado State University Health Promotions, Student Recreation Center and Wellness Zone.

Several free sessions will be offered during the fair including an aerobics class at 5:30 p.m., meditation session at 6:30 p.m., tarot card reading at 7 p.m., yoga class at 7:45 p.m., chocolate tasting at 7 p.m. and massages offered throughout the event.
