Colorado State University President Larry Edward Penley will present "The State of Higher Education in Colorado" at the Denver Rotary Club’s annual luncheon celebrating the National Western Stock Show.

Thursday, January 6, 2005. The luncheon begins at noon and the program begins at 12:30 p.m.

The Hall of Education at the National Western Stock Show Complex in Denver.
