Colorado State University’s Green and Gold Gala in Denver Supports Ram Programs and Activities Through Black-Tie Event

The Colorado State University Alumni Association will host the Green and Gold Gala, the premier Denver alumni event of the year, at 6 p.m. Saturday, April 1, at the Denver Marriott-City Center, 1701 California St.

Green and Gold Gala proceeds are directed to the Alumni Activities fund, the Green and Gold Gala Scholarship fund and the Alumni and Visitor’s Center fund.

This April will mark the fourth year of this elegant black-tie event, drawing Colorado State fans from ever corner of the state and beyond. The festivities will begin with a cocktail reception and silent auction, and then Colorado State alumni and friends will spend the evening dining at a formal dinner and dancing to the music of Jarkarta and enjoying the company of fellow Ram fans.

Honorary co-chairs at this year’s event include Rees F. and Barb Davis, both 1981 graduates of Colorado State University; alumnus class of 1990 Tim Brown and his wife, Libby; and alumna Monica Garcia Pleiman, a 1987 graduate. KUSA-TV sports anchor Susie Wargin, Colorado State class of 1992, will serve as master of ceremonies.

Tickets are $100 per person and $1,000 for a table of 10. Corporate sponsorship tables range from $2,500 to $10,000.
