Remote Sensing Program Featuring Colorado State Scientists to Air on Csu-Tv 11 During May

During the month of May, CSU-TV Channel 11 will present "Remote Sensing," a program featuring several Colorado State University scientists that was produced in conjunction with the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers Inc.

Colorado State’s own Graeme Stephens, Jim Purdom and V. "Chandra" Chandrasekar join other world-class scientists and engineers in the 30-minute documentary. The program will air at 7 p.m. on Mondays and Wednesdays on CSU-TV 11 on Comcast Cable Channel 11 in Fort Collins.

Colorado State is at the forefront of research on satellites and other remote sensors that communicate important information around the world every day – from weather reports to earthquake predictions.
