Capital and retail market trends will dominate discussion at the 11th annual Northern Colorado Real Estate Conference at the Fort Collins Hilton on Wednesday, Oct. 17.
The event, which is co-sponsored by the Everitt Real Estate Center in Colorado State University’s College of Business and the Fort Collins Board of Realtors, will start with registration at 7 a.m. and end with a keynote address by Steven Laposa, the new director of the Everitt Real Estate Center. Laposa will give the luncheon keynote address at noon on "How global and national trends affect Northern Colorado."
Laposa, director of Global Real Estate for PricewaterhouseCoopers, joined the center this fall as director of the Everitt center. He maintains a working relationship with PricewaterhouseCoopers that supports his role in the College of Business.
Cost is $100 for non-members of the Everitt Real Estate Center or the Board of Realtors. Pre-registration closes Friday. Registration will also be available at the door the day of the conference.
