Csu Everitt Real Estate Center to Host Discussion Nov. 29 on Green Building Trends, Economics

The CSU Everitt Real Estate Center will host a panel discussion, "Emerging Trends," for its fourth-quarter event from 4-5:30 p.m. Nov. 29 at the Fort Collins Hilton.

A holiday reception with appetizers and a cash bar will follow from 5:30-6:30 p.m.

The main findings from the recently released Urban Land Institute and PricewaterhouseCoopers Emerging Trends in Real Estate report for 2008 will be discussed as well as the effectiveness, costs and benefits of building green on the Front Range.

Honored guests include real estate icons Bill Reynolds and Chad McWhinney. Reynolds will be inducted into the Real Estate Hall of Fame, and McWhinney will be honored as the first recipient of the Entrepreneurial Award.

This event qualifies for 1.5 hours of Continuing Education. Cost is $60 for non-members; free for members.
