KCSU to Broadcast Colorado State University’s NCAA Volleyball Match

KCSU, Colorado State University’s student-run radio station, will broadcast this week’s NCAA volleyball match. The Colorado State volleyball team will be making its 14th consecutive trip to the NCAA volleyball tournament and will travel to Gainesville, Fla., to face Florida International on Friday in the first round. The winner will advance to take on the winner of the University of Florida and Florida A&M match on Saturday. KCSU will broadcast both matches, should the Rams advance past the first round.

Friday’s match will begin at 3 p.m., and Saturday’s contest is scheduled to start at 5:30 p.m. Colorado State volleyball fans can listen to the matches on KCSU 90.5 FM, www.kcsufm.com or www.csurams.com. Nick Sebesta will handle the play-by-play and Lance Moorman will be offering color commentary. Sebesta and Moorman have broadcast most Colorado State volleyball matches this season. This is the seventh straight season that KCSU has broadcast CSU volleyball.

The Rams finished the regular season with a 22-6 mark, finished second in the Mountain West conference, and are currently ranked 22nd in the nation. Colorado State has the opportunity to play its way back to Moby Arena by posting wins in the first and second rounds. For the first time in school history, the Rams will host one of four NCAA regionals on Dec. 12-13.
