Sonny Lubick to Offer Motivation to Students in Talk April 29 at Rockwell Hall

Sonny Lubick, longtime Colorado State University football coach who recently joined the College of Business, will give a motivational speech to students at 3 p.m. Wednesday, April 29 in the Rockwell Hall courtyard.

Students are being encouraged to wear green to the event, called "Green Out the Courtyard with Sonny Lubick." Lubick joined the college earlier this month as the community leadership outreach director. His talk Wednesday is intended to help motivate students to tackle the rest of the school year as they prepare for finals and graduation.

"Sonny will really help students get energized for the final push to the end of the semester," said Bill Shuster, a college instructor whose Career Passport Program is sponsoring the event.

The Career Passport Program helps prepare students for real-world experiences everything from creating a compelling cover letter and making value propositions to conducting a successful interview and learning proper office etiquette.
