Media Advisory/Photo Opportunity: Mark C. Snead to Speak at Everitt Real Estate Center Event Thursday

Mark C. Snead of the Federal Reserve Bank, Denver branch, will be the keynote speaker at the Colorado State University Everitt Real Estate Center’s 13th annual Northern Colorado Real Estate Conference on Thursday, Sept. 24 in Loveland. The event will be 9 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. at the Embassy Suites in Loveland, 4705 Clydesdale Parkway.

Details:
Snead will discuss the current recessionary economic situation and prospects for recovery in Colorado. During the conference, the Everitt Real Estate Center plans to release second quarter 2009 residential neighborhood home price indices for Boulder, Larimer and Weld counties as well as results from the inaugural Northern Colorado Commercial Real Estate 2010 survey. The survey was completed by more than 220 respondents covering a variety of critical topics affecting the future performance of Northern Colorado’s commercial real estate markets.
