Fort Collins-Based Company Donates Compressor to Colorado State University College of Engineering

Innovation Property LLC of Fort Collins has donated a high-tech air compressor valued at $50,000 to the Colorado State University College of Engineering.

The 50-horsepower compressor delivers oil-free air for specialized applications.

Rhys Christensen, managing member of Innovation Property, donated the compressor after discovering a need for it at the college’s Engineering Research Center on the Foothills Campus. Other members of Innovation Property include Jeff Bedingfield and Bruce Deifik.

The company has previously donated stainless steel nitrogen and oxygen valves to the university’s Engines and Energy Conversion Laboratory.
