Colorado State University Campus Leaders to Present Budget Plans for FY 2012-13 Jan. 25-26

Colorado State holds annual open planning and budget hearings to present straightforward information designed to help the campus and larger community understand the university’s complex budget process.

Based on budget plans presented at the hearing, university administration will compile CSU’s updated FY 2012-13 draft budget, which will be provided to the campus community by mid-February for review and feedback.

The year’s first planning and budget hearings – open to the campus community and public – will be from 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. in the Lory Student Center North Ballroom on January 25 and 26. At the hearings, led by Provost Rick Miranda, leaders from each college, vice presidential units, provost’s and president’s offices will present their budget plan for addressing expected reductions for FY 2012-13. Those discussions help refine CSU’s revenue and expenditure projections for the coming year.
