Colorado State University’s Everitt Real Estate Center Presents Succeed in the New Normal – Commercial Real Estate Perspectives

Colorado State University’s Everitt Real Estate Center will present “Succeed in the New Normal – Commercial Real Estate Perspectives” at 7:15 a.m. June 6 at CSU’s Lory Student Center Ballroom.

Leading real estate professionals will offer insights into the dynamic Northern Colorado commercial market including industrial, land, multi-family, office and retail. Participants can gain local perspectives on current market trends contrasted with prior development cycles and the business strategies used by successful real estate brokers and developers in the building, selling and financing of commercial real estate in Northern Colorado.

The event, which is sponsored by Kerry Grimes of Land Title Guarantee Company in Fort Collins, will feature a breakfast with networking opportunities to start the day. Introductions and a panel discussion will follow, with a question and answer session and closing remarks finishing the event.

Featured panelists will include Russell Baker, senior broker associate, Cassidy Turley Fuller Real Estate; Josh Guernsey, partner, Brinkman Partners; Mike Hill, vice president for Multi-Family Development Operations, McWhinney; and Nathan Klein, partner and broker associate, Loveland Commercial. Steve Stansfield, president and Commercial Broker for Realtec, will be the moderator.

“I am very excited to bring this extremely knowledgeable group of prominent real estate professionals to CSU,” said John Gerhard, director of Research and Operations, EREC. “Their unique perspectives on the commercial market will be valuable for attendees. Not only will the panelists share their extensive market knowledge, but audience members will have the opportunity to ask specific questions.”

Registration is free for members of the Everitt Real Estate Center and $50 for the general public. Attendees can obtain continuing education certificates for 1.5 hours after the event. To register, visit http://www.regonline.com/Register/Checkin.aspx?EventID=1098924.
