Colorado State University T-Shirt Sales Raise $7,142 for Flood Victims

Sales of the limited-edition T-shirts bearing the special “Colorado raindrop” logo honoring victims of Colorado’s devastating floods have raised $7,142 for flood victims.

All proceeds from sales of the $10 shirts go directly to CSUCares, a fund that provides immediate assistance to CSU students, employees and retirees impacted by natural disaster, and the Community Foundation of Northern Colorado.

A very limited number of the shirts are available for purchase online at http://bookstore.colostate.edu/. Any remaining shirts will be available for sale Monday at the CSU Bookstore in the Lory Student Center.

While T-shirt sales are concluding, the need to support flood victims is ongoing. CSUCares, established in 2012 to help victims of the High Park Fire, is funded by donations from the CSU community, with 100 percent of the money directly aiding disaster victims. To date, CSUCares has provided assistance to more than 30 families impacted by the floods.
