Sustainability theme of this year’s Business Day at Colorado State University

The Colorado State University College of Business celebrates April 16 as Business Day, an annual celebration that brings business leaders to campus for both formal and informal interaction with students, faculty and the entire campus community, with presentations on the theme of sustainability.

Business Day begins at 9:30 a.m. in the Lory Student Center Theater on campus in Fort Collins. All events are free and open to the public, but tickets are required to ensure seats.

Tickets available online at csutix.universitytickets.com and at the Lory Student Center. All events will conclude by 5:45 p.m.

“Business Day is designed to be a day of learning and thinking about business on a large and meaningful scale,” said Madi Book, chair of this year’s Business Day. “This year’s featured speakers will inspire attendees to think about business with a conscience, and about how our collective business exchanges and interactions impact our world.

Speakers include:

  • Vincent Stanley: Director, Patagonia Philosophy
  • Tom Vogl: Chief Operating Officer, Barn2Door; formerly with The Clymb, Redfin, and REI
  • Joe Ellis: President and CEO, Denver Broncos

This is the 37th year for Business Day, which is created and organized entirely by the student leadership within the College of Business.
