Disney’s Approach to Quality Service presented Aug. 4 at Colorado State University

FORT COLLINS — The world-renowned Disney Institute returns to Fort Collins on Aug. 4, presenting a day focused on “Disney’s Approach to Quality Service” at the Morgan Library on the Colorado State University campus. The Institute will take place in the library’s Event Hall, 8 a.m.-4 p.m.

Sold out the past three years, this highly anticipated event will be beneficial to businesses and employees – both past and future.

For the past 31 years, the Disney Institute has worked hard to share its business insights with other companies eager to improve, and in this session, trainers will bring their time-tested comprehensive approach to several important avenues of customer service.

This event, hosted by CSU, will consist of a day full of hands-on lectures, info sessions, and discussions devoted providing attendees with the resources necessary to develop long-term, effective plans for customer service. In addition, trainers will speak on the importance of recovering from customer service mishaps and how to prevent them in the future.

Managers and employees alike will have the opportunity to learn critical business knowledge from Disney’s renowned organization. Such knowledge will allow attendees to be innovative and smart when creating long-lasting profitable changes in their company and/or work ethic.

Tuition for this all-day event is $499 for community members ($325 for those associated with CSU). This price will include all sessions throughout the day, plus all supplemental material.
