Exploring the changing demographic landscape in Northern Colorado and how millennials are shaping the future will be the focus at the 20th annual Northern Colorado Real Estate Conference, being held Oct. 12 at The Embassy Suites in Loveland.

The conference, which will be held from 1:30 to 5:30 p.m., is presented by the Everitt Real Estate Center at Colorado State University’s College of Business.

One of the highlights of the event will be a state demographic and economic presentation by Elizabeth Garner from the State Demography Office and Martin Shields from CSU’s Regional Economics Institute.

Other featured presentations will include generational specialists and well-established real estate industry panelists discussing how the landscape of Northern Colorado is changing and what trends are expected to continue. Attendees will gain perspective on how millennials and Generation Z are changing the face of the future, and what that means for real estate. Industry professionals from the region will tie this information together and analyze what is next for Colorado in commercial and residential real estate.

Hasler has practiced real estate law in Northern Colorado for many years.
