For the first time, Stadium Sessions at Colorado State University will feature post-game performances at Canvas Stadium, celebrating the conclusion of another great season of free outdoor concerts by top Colorado bands on home football game weekends.

Danielle Ate the Sandwich will perform live at the New Belgium Porch at Canvas Stadium between 4:30 and 6:30 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 16. Then The Burroughs take the stage the morning of Saturday, Nov. 17, as part of the Coors Light Ram Walk Tailgate leading up to the noon kickoff against Utah State. And immediately after the game, Slow Caves and Fjord Collins will perform at Canvas Stadium.

About the tailgate

The Coors Light Ram Walk Tailgate, near the intersection of Meridian Avenue and Hughes Way north of the stadium, opens to the public at 8 a.m., four hours before kickoff.

The tailgate not only offers the Stadium Sessions performances but also games on TV and food, beer and wine for purchase. It is hosted by the CSU Alumni Association, Department of Athletics, and Division of External Relations, in partnership with the Bohemian Foundation and High Country Beverage.

Past performers

This second season of Stadium Sessions has included performances by 12 Cents for Marvin, The Patti Fiasco, Write Minded, A.J. Fullerton, the Gasoline Lollipops, the Manabi Salsa Band, Whippoorwill, Lois and the Lantern and Guerrilla Fanfare.
