Mark Paschke is a professor and the Shell Endowed Chair of Restoration Ecology in the Department of Forest and Rangeland Stewardship, as well as the research associate dean for the Warner College of Natural Resources. His research focuses on the mechanisms controlling community assembly in terrestrial plant communities.
Paschke received his B.S. and M.S. in forestry from the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana. He earned his Ph.D. in biology from the same institution in 1993.
