Coloradoan: It’s an unintended consequence of the federal aid, according to a new report from Colorado State University’s Regional Economic Development Institute, or REDI. The report, written by Gregory Miller, cites the wage replacement rate with the additional federal funds is greater than 100% for most recipients.
