A crowd with questions dominated by agricultural interests at the Colorado State University Extension Office in Rocky Ford sought Tuesday evening to dismantle the Valco Ponds Recreational Project, now in its final public planning meeting. Otero County Economic Coordinator Bryan Bryant and Axel Bishop of Design Concepts, the planning firm, fielded the questions.
