Earlier in the afternoon, Ritter toured the Engines and Energy Conversion Laboratory at Colorado State University. Joining him on that tour was U.S. Sen. Michael Bennet, CSU President Tony Frank, CSU Chancellor Joe Blake and lab founder Bryan Willson.
