Professor Stuart Cottrell teaches global tourism at Colorado State University, and was interested in having his students work with us to develop sustainable tourism projects as part of their grade. The students were challenged to go out into the community and develop model packages that would be sustainable, using the existing resources in the community and minimizing environmental impact.
