According to a report on ElPasoTimes.com, UTEP has backed out of a home football game with Colorado State in 2014. Colorado State athletic director Jack Graham wouldn’t speak on the subject, but CSU director of media relations Paul Kirk acknowledged the Miners have backed out of the game.
