Blake and Frank, the new chancellor of the Colorado State University system and the president of the CSU campus at Fort Collins, are touring western Colorado this week, to, in a figurative sense, fly the CSU banner and more literally, accompany — some might say shepherd —CSU mascot Cam the Ram on the tour.
