La Junta Tribune-Democrat: The Colorado State University-Arkansas Valley campus celebrated its grand opening Wednesday, just outside Rocky Ford on County Road 21. The master of ceremonies was Mike Bartolo, the manager of the Colorado State University-Arkansas Valley Research Center.
