On Wednesday, the Colorado State University San Luis Valley Research Center (SLVRC) staff and a group of local producers took Colorado State University College of Agricultural Sciences Dean Craig Beyrouty on a hayride tour through potato fields that are improving what people eat and the land where it is grown.
