Two grant announcements this week are reminders of the important role CSU is playing in the nation’s environmental and energy future. Shell Oil announced a $2 million grant to study how to reclaim land after oil and natural gas development. And the U.S. Department of Energy awarded Colorado State University a $1 million grant as part of a program to explore nuclear energy uses.
