Fort Collins’ brewing industry produces $263.1 million in products every year and $83.2 million in payroll, according to CSU. Based on those figures, Colorado State University’s newly created Beverage Business Institute and economics department are considering teaming up to study the local beer industry’s overall economic impact on the region.
