“I think we’re always evolving,” McElwain said last week. “You feel more comfortable because of the expectations the whole organization has moving forward. Everybody kind of knows the direction we’re headed and those types of things, which are good.

“We still have a long ways to go, but I do believe our stamp has been put on it, and our players have put their stamp on it in taking the accountability for their actions and how they go about their business.”
