Colorado State University students enrolled in the Brewing Science & Technology course will release the fruits of this semester’s fermentation labor at a ceremonial tapping of their “Spring Forward Belgian Bok Bier” 4-6 p.m., Thursday, April 24, at the Odell Brewing Tap Room in Fort Collins.
