The CSU women’s basketball team wasn’t going to beat Utah or any other team Saturday based on the way it played in the first half. But the Rams turned things around in the second half, nearly tripling their first-half offensive output, and rallied to knock off Utah 53-48 for the first time in a regular-season game since 2003.
