Call it a one-stop shop for all things energy. Colorado State University’s Powerhouse Energy campus on North College Avenue is nearly complete following an $18.5 million, 65,000-square-foot expansion of the Engines and Energy Conversion Laboratory (EECL) that began in fall 2012.
