Colorado State University’s Temple Grandin, renowned for her work in farm animal welfare and named one of Time magazine’s “100 Most Influential People in the World,” will serve as grand marshal of next month’s Lucky Joe’s St. Patrick’s Day parade in downtown Fort Collins.
