The center is sponsored by Colorado State University and is committed to a regional dialogue in serving as a platform, catalyst and convener for extending a number of resources to the dialogue that is already here for creating economic development opportunities in the region, according to Dr. Lou Swanson, vice provost for Outreach and Strategic Partnerships at CSU.
