“All this talk about forced unionism and closed shops is all completely wrong,” said Ray Hogler, a labor law expert and professor at Colorado State University. “The proponents of Amendment 47 know better, but they continue to say this, despite the fact (it is) not accurate at all. You cannot be forced to join a union, ever.”
