The old adage about the check being in the mail is almost a reality with the recent passage of an economic stimulus package. The President and Congress moved quickly on the relief measure – but as KUNC’s Brian Larson reports – it’s anyone’s guess at this point if the 168-billion dollar plan will have people spending the nation out of its current economic downturn.
