NASA projects rely on technology funded by the Earth Science Technology Office (ESTO) to advance its missions. ESTO, one of the space agency’s longest-running technology programs, recently funded Steven Reising, a Colorado State University professor, to develop technology for a Surface Water and Ocean Topography mission.
