Colorado State University William Gray expects to increase his storm prediction numbers this month. He is due to speak in Tampa today at the closing session of the annual Florida Gov.’s Hurricane Conference. Gray sees weak “El Nino” activity in the Pacific, and that usually translates to more active hurricane seasons in the Atlantic.
