The Governor’s Energy Office announced Monday that Fort Collins company Czero, Inc. will receive roughly $67,000 to develop a new low-cost hydraulic hybrid retrofit kit, partnering with the Engines and Energy Conversion Laboratory and Colorado State University’s College of Business.
