Neither Fairchild nor any of the other coaches trying to lure Justin to their schools knew of his Asperger’s until he told CSU coaches just before signing his letter of intent. Since then, CSU academic advisors and coaches have met several times with Justin and his family to help ensure that his transition from high school to college – athletically, academically and socially – goes as smoothly as possible.
