Colorado and Colorado State are jumping into the midyear enrollment trend. The process, once reserved for junior college transfers, has expanded to high school seniors. Newest Rams quarterback Pete Thomas picked CSU last month with a promise to enroll at midyear. The school confirmed his enrollment.
